Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of AIRS (“the Service”), an AI mock-interview platform provided by TechGenesys. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
AIRS helps you practise job interviews. It generates questions from the role and résumé you provide, lets you answer by voice or text, and returns coaching feedback. The Service is a practice tool: its questions, scores and feedback are for your preparation only and are not a prediction or guarantee of any interview result or job offer.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.
3. Plans and billing
- Free: up to 3 interviews per calendar month, with summary feedback.
- Pro · Rs 1,500 / month: unlimited interviews, plus question-by-question feedback, your overall score, and résumé tips.
- Each Pro payment grants 30 days of access. If you renew while still active, the additional 30 days are added on top of your current expiry.
- Pro does not auto-renew. It simply expires at the end of the paid period unless you choose to renew.
- You can cancel at any time from your Account page. Cancellation returns you to the Free plan.
- Payments are processed by our payment providers, Safepay and Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout.
- Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. If something went wrong with a charge, contact us and we’ll help put it right.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not: use it for any unlawful purpose; attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service; scrape or harvest data by automated means; or share your account with others.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you submit (such as your résumé and answers). You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to operate the Service and provide your results, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit the content you upload.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and the questions and feedback it generates, is owned by TechGenesys and its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in the Service other than the right to use it as intended.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. AI-generated questions and feedback may contain errors or omissions and should be used with your own judgement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will improve any particular interview or hiring outcome.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechGenesys will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, opportunities, or profits, arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm it or other users.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
