Drawn from the role and your resume. They get harder as you do well.

3 minutes each

The clock starts with the question. At 0:00 it moves on without your answer.

Speak or type

Questions are read aloud. Answer by voice — your words appear live as you speak — or switch to typing.

Follow-ups

A thin answer may get probed further on the same topic. Follow-ups don't use up one of your 10.

Skipping

You can skip, but it counts as no answer. Attempt something — partial beats silence.

Afterwards

You'll get specific feedback on what to work on before the real thing.
